TBRI Caregiver Introduction
TBRI Caregiver Training: A 6-Hour Introduction offers a concise, foundational overview of TBRI for situations where time is limited, or a brief introduction is needed. It equips caregivers and staff with basic principles and practical tools to start engaging with TBRI. While this training draws from the full 24-hour TBRI Caregiver Training, it is not a substitute for it and does not represent completion of the full 24-hour training. The 6-hour version is designed as an introduction for people new to TBRI.

Making Sense of Your Worth- Tues Evening Class
This program is designed for any individual desiring to obtain positive self-worth or secure attachment. The classes focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” an individual believes about themselves, such as “I am not good enough,” or “I am not smart enough,” or “I have no patience” and how to replace these lies with truth. In addition, once a participant is released from the beliefs associated with the past, the sessions focus on rebuilding a new life based on positive self-worth as well as how to maintain these gains.
The program is comprised of 8 sessions lasting 2 hours in duration (6:00pm-8:00pm) on Tuesday evenings beginning October 13th.
